CMBH Refund Policy
To obtain a refund, you must submit a request by e-mail to [email protected]
Please specify the following:
· Your name and your child’s name
· Division in which your child is registered (U9/U11/U13, etc)
· Team (if already assigned to a team)
· Phone number, email address, and mailing address
· Reason for requesting a refund
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund processing.
Will any charges be applied for my refund?
Prior to the season beginning – $50.00 Administrative Fee + cost of jersey
Once season begins – no refund will be issued.
